Research Results

  • Main results of human clinical study
    • After taking Shoden for 12 weeks, the following results were observed.
    • The total score of RSQ-W improved by 146% compared to the placebo group.
    • In the WHOQOL-Bref scale, the domains of physical and psychological improved by 168% and 229% respectively compared to the placebo group.
    • Sleep onset latency decreased by 92% compared to the placebo group.
    • Wake after sleep onset decreased by 688% compared to the placebo group.
    • Sleep efficiency improved by 583% compared to the placebo group.
    • Total sleep time improved by 194% compared to the placebo group.
